ABOUT CHRIS

I grew up in Maine, was educated in New Hampshire and Maine, and built my clinical knowledge and practice in Massachusetts.

 

I love the outdoors whether boating, fishing, snowboarding, biking, or hiking; generally being outside whenever possible. I also am intentional about setting time aside for those days to hang out on the couch and watch the tube and snooze; always recharge with intention.

 

Important regarding my therapeutic style, in my personal life I enjoy transparent connection with others, seeking experiences that are fulfilling navigated solo, yet equally fruitful when shared.

EXPERIENCE

I started working in the field of social services in high school, working with children with special needs and their families. Over the next 25 years of practice I have worked with all ages and presentations, providing direct clinical assessment and support, with settings that include community based work, emergency services, hospital settings, and individual clinical support and supervision. I fully understand all levels of healthcare and any and all circumstantial challenges that press on our soul. If I don't have the answer or understanding then I will seek them, regarding resources or knowledge for perspective. This is the "social worker" in me that will benefit you.
